UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) better known as Drones are revolutionizing the way we view our world. A MUST have now for visualizing location and overall perpective, UAVs have become almost common place. Carolina Digital Photo Group is proud to announce our new Drone division and Drone division head: Steve Massi. Steve is an FAA certified (section 333 exempt) UAV pilot. Steve has 20+ years experience flying Radio Controlled aircraft at a very high skill level and is also an experienced videographer/editor. Steve's experience and skill level brings a whole new offering to our clients that can't be found anywhere in the Charlotte area. We regularly do commercial real estate shoots and work with WSOC TV in Charlotte.

Recognized as the top UAV expert in the area, we have been featured WBTV news, in the Charlotte Observer's Business section and in GEO DataPoint (a national publication).

Our goal is to supply top of the line experience, quality and professionalism at an affordable price. It is common these days to just hire some local photographer that purchased a Drone and says they are 'professional', but without experience flying and highly skilled editing capabilities, and more importantly with no FAA Approval, it's just not worth the risk to hire just anyone. To use commercial photography/videography from someone NOT authorized by the FAA puts YOUR business at risk.
