I originally met Bill and Larry at the Quail Hollow Tournament a few years ago. I was so impressed with their photography and digital clean-up skills I had to commission them to do a portrait photo shoot for me. They were very personable and made me feel at ease. Bill and the Carolina Digital Photo Group came to us almost by accident. It’s the only accident I can recall in recent memory I’ve been grateful for. I work for an organization that owns and operates apartment communities in several key markets. One thing we know for certain is that great property photos generate traffic to our properties. The hard part of the process was finding the right photographer. So we looked and we looked. After several trials with more failures than successes, Bill was brought to my attention by one of our property managers. Of course, by this point I was pretty cynical, but after a couple of conversations I agreed to let him photograph two properties. I admit, I’m well past my teenage years, but my first thought upon seeing the photos that Bill and his team sent me was O.M.G.! In fact, I seriously considered renaming my firstborn in his honor. (Unfortunately, my 21 year old daughter was not amenable to the idea.) Needless to say we found our photographer. Here’s what you can expect from Bill and his team at Carolina Digital: absolute professionalism and exceptional customer service. In short, they listen to what you want and then deliver a better product than you can possibly anticipate. “Can’t” is not in their vocabulary and there’s nothing Bill won’t do to get the perfect shot … which includes climbing trees, teetering on rooftops, and submerging himself in 37 degree water. You may squeeze your eyes shut over his methods, but you can’t argue with the results.
